以80C196MC为核心的抽油机智能变频控制系统

摘    要:针对油田抽油机上应用的变频控制系统普遍存在着倒发电状态难处理及适应性和可靠性差的问题,采用了电抗器回馈法进行解决。同时通过单片机对抽油机工作状况的瞬时检测,跟踪电机的功率状态,找到井况与电动机的最佳匹配曲线,然后控制系统按最佳匹配匹配曲线运行。在以80C196MC为核心重新设计变频控制系统后进行了现场试验,结果表明,综合节电率达到了22.28%。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems that the poor reliability and adaptability commonly exist in frequency converter system application of oil pumping units and the electric power generation state is hard to deal with, this paper uses the feed back method of reactor to resolve the energy feedback problem.At the same time, the working system of oil pumping unit can be detected instantaneously and the power of motor can be fol- lowed,seeking the best working curve and keep the control system running according to it.After the frequency converter system centered on 80C196MC is redesigned,it is put into test.Field test shows that the energy saving rate reaches 22.28%.
