高阻燃SMC的研究

摘    要:本文运用正交设计的实验方法,研究了不同树脂体系、低轮廓添加剂体系以及阻燃剂体系对SMC材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响;通过测试拉伸强度和氧指数,确定了高阻燃片状模塑料的最佳配方组成,并对ATH实现高阻燃效果进行了分析。

Abstract:The effect of different type of resins and low-profile additives and flame resistance reagents on the mechanical and flame resistance performance of Sheet Molding Compound(SMC) were studied by orthogonal tests method in this paper.The best components of high flame-resistance SMC were confirmed by testing tensile strength and oxygen index,and analysed the mechanism on high flame resistant effect of ATH.
