低浓度甲醛提浓技术探讨

摘    要:甲醛是一种重要的化工原料,近年来,随着甲醛下游产品中甲醛多聚物产业的蓬勃兴起,浓甲醛作为其生产的重要环节,使用量随之增加。这就对浓甲醛的质量提出了新的标准,也对稀甲醛浓缩工艺提出了更为严格和精细的要求。目前,我国稀甲醛浓缩工艺主要有加压精馏浓缩工艺、减压旋风分离工艺、甲缩醛氧化工艺三种,本文将对这三种工艺进行介绍,并对其优缺点进行对比。

Abstract:The formaldehyde was an important chemical material. In recent years, with the booming of formaldehyde polymer industry, the usage of formaldehyde which was the important part of the formaldehyde polymer production was increased. A new standard for the quality of thick formaldehyde, and more rigorous and detailed requirements for the concentration technology of dilute formaldehyde were put forward. Nowadays, there were three concentration technologies of dilute formaldehyde of pressure rectification concentration technology, reduced pressure cyclone separation technology, and methylal oxidation technology. The three concentration technologies were introduced and the advantages and disadvantages were compared.
