正开口2D数字伺服阀的静态特性实验研究

摘    要:为了考核2D数字伺服阀加工一致性,该文分析了2D数字伺服阀的结构和工作原理,在此基础上,对8台12.5mm通径的正开口2D数字伺服阀进行了静态特性实验研究,测试其空载流量特性曲线和零位泄漏曲线。实验表明正开口2D数字伺服阀具有理想的静态特性和较低的导控级零位泄漏,且2D数字伺服阀具有较好的加工一致性。

Abstract:To assess processing consistency of the 2D digital servo valve, this paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the 2D digital servo valve. On this basis, experimental study about the static characteristics of eight 12.Smm diameter open center 2D digital servo valve has been done, their no-load flow characteristic curve and zero leakage curve are observed. Experiments show that open center 2D digital servo valve has ideal static characteristics and low pilot control zero leakage, and 2D digital servo valve has good processing consistency.
