液压管网压力脉动的仿真研究

摘    要:液压系统中存在的压力脉动影响系统工作性能。运用流体网络理论,分析压力阀支路、终端封闭串联分支管路的动态特性传输方程,采用传递矩阵法建立液压管网压力-流量传递函数模型。应用MATLAB软件,得到液压管网在模拟柱塞泵流量脉动输入信号激励下的压力脉动曲线,并与液压振动测试实验台实测结果进行对比。结果表明:仿真模型具有一定的准确性,频谱分析与实测结果一致,脉动幅值误差率为3.8%。

Abstract:The pressure pulsation of hydraulic system affects the system performance. Based on fluid network theory, this paper analyses the transfer equation of the branch of pressure valves, the series line with terminal closed. By using transfer matrix method to establish pressure-flow transfer model of hydraulic system and get the pressure pulsation curves after taking the flow-pulsation of the piston pump as the input signals under the help of MATLAB, and then, make a contrast of the results measured by the hydraulic vibration test bench. The results show that: the simulation model has a accuracy and the error rate is 3.8%.
