| 摘 要： | ＰＶＣ防粘釜剂溶液的传统喷淋，无力喷及釜内的诸多死角。粘釜现象由此产生并加重。调整配方，将ＰＶＣ防粘釜剂溶液实现汽雾化喷涂，可将防粘釜剂喷涂到釜内的所有部位，经冷却后，在金属表面形成一层表膜，从而达到防止粘釜现象产生的目的。

| Abstract: | The appearance of sticking reactor took place and became more serious owing to traditional spray,powerless spray and a lot of dead corner of PVC reactor. After adjusting formulation, antisticking agent of PVC reactor can be sprayed to all part of the inner reactor by spray coating of antisticking agent solution.After cooling, the menbrace was formed in the surface of metal and controled the stickiness of reactor. |
