发酵青梅果酒的试制及调配

摘    要:利用青梅为原料发酵梅酒,在发酵过程中对酵母选择、用量等进行试验;并将发酵梅酒和浸泡梅酒进行勾兑调配,寻找果香和口感的最佳平衡。
