羧甲基淀粉吸附剂的研制

摘    要:以玉米淀粉为基体 ,通过优选交联工艺 ,按玉米淀粉与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比为 6 .0∶ 1投料 ,在常温、碱性条件下制备了交联淀粉。然后以 Cr3+为吸附质 ,通过研究吸附剂的吸附性能来优化接枝反应条件 ,结果表明将交联淀粉∶氯乙酸 =1∶ 1 .5 (摩尔比 ) ,在 6 5℃下接枝反应 6 0 min,可制得吸附性能好、水不溶性的羧甲基淀粉吸附剂。

Abstract:The crosslinked starch was first prepared with the mixture of corn starch and epichlorohydrin under basic condition at ambient temperature by optimizing the cross -link procedure. The molar ratio of corn starch to epichlorohydrin was 6.0: 1. Then the study on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was conducted to optimize the graft procedure by employing er3- ion as the adsorbate. The water -insoluble carboxymethyl starch (CMS) adsorbent, containing excellent adsorption capacity, was ultimately prepared by grafting 1.5 mole chloroacetic acid onto the 1.0 mole crosslinked starch at 65℃ for 60 min.
