粉末活性炭吸附去除水源水中硝基苯的优选试验

摘    要:目的针对受硝基苯污染的松花江水,研究了5种不同的粉末活性炭去除硝基苯的性能,确定出最优的活性炭种类.方法通过研究粉末活性炭的基本性能、对硝基苯的动态吸附容量、吸附速度进行活性炭的筛选.结果试验结果表明:从活性炭吸附性能指标比较看,其中3#炭的比表面积最大,碘值和亚甲蓝值也最大,同时水分和灰分的含量也较低;从不同超标倍数下的活性炭吸附等温线比较来看吸附容量最大;对硝基苯的吸附速度也是最快的.从3#炭和2#炭在生产上的对比试验来看,两种炭都能有效去除硝基苯,但3#炭的应用效果明显高于2#炭.结论3#炭为应对松花江硝基苯污染的最优炭种,2#炭的吸附性能和应用效果也较好,作为备用炭种.

Abstract:Aimed at Songhua River polluted by nitrobenzene,five different kinds of powder activated carbon have been studied in the performance of removing nitrobenzene,to identify the best type of activated carbon.The choice of the best type of powder activated carbon was made by studying its basic characteristic,the adsorption capacity and the adsorption rate to nitrobenzene.Test results showed :compared with adsorption performances of different kinds of activated carbon indicators,3# carbon's specific surface area was the largest of all,and iodine value and methylene blue number were also the highest,adsorption rate to nitrobenzene was the fastest of all,and the adsorption capacity was the largest to nitrobenzene.Contrast tests for 3# and 2# carbon in the production showed that the two kinds of carbon could effectively remove nitrobenzene,but 3# carbon application results were noticeably better than 2# carbon,therefore 3# carbon was determined to be the optimal carbon species removing Songhua River's nitrobenzene pollution ultimately,and 2# carbon can be a spare carbon species with its good adsorption performance and application results.
