液晶共聚酯酰胺和PET共混物的流变性能

摘    要:本文采用不同的共混方式——溶液共沉淀法和机械共混法将热致液晶共聚酯酰胺(PEA)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)共混,利用Instron3211型毛细管流变仪研究PEA/PET共混物的流变性能.结果表明PEA的加入有效地改善了共混物的加工性能,在实验剪切范围内,共混物的流变曲线由低剪切速率下的切力变稀区和表观粘度基本恒定的准牛顿区组成,且溶液共混物的表观粘度相对较高,准牛顿区不明显.共混物的表观粘度对共混组成的依赖性表现出负偏差行为,当PEA为10%时,共混物的表观粘度达到最小值.

Abstract:The binary blends of liquid crystalline copolyesteramide(PEA)and poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) were prepared by solution precipitation and mechanical mixing. Their rheological properties were investigated by means of Istron 3211 type capillary rheometer.The results show that the viscosity curves of blends consists of two regions: a shear thinning region at low shear rate and a"pseudo Newtonian"region. The processing properties of blends can be improved by adding PEA. In the same composition,the viscosity of blends made by solution precipitation is higher than that of blends made by mechanical mixing, and the former"pseudo Newtonian" region is less obvious than the latter. The viscosities of PEA/PET blends show the negative deviation blends(NDB),and the maximum deviation appears at about 10% of PEA.
