摘    要:武汉钢铁(集团)公司第一炼钢厂方坯连铸机结晶器振动装置采用的是目前国际上比较先进的液压振动技术,但使用中一直存在着突发性的停振现象,本文对产生停振的原因及解决对策进行了深入的分析与探讨。

Abstract:The mold oscillator device of a billet caster in the First Steel Mill affiliated to the Wuhan Iron and steel group company used the advanced hydraulic pressure oscillator technology in the world at present, but there is the sporadic stopping oscillating phenomenon during used. This paper has carried out a discussions on deep analysis in producing the reason to stop oscillating and on the solution.
