摘    要:通过对自动润滑双转子流量计的研究,设计了基于摩擦学的自动润滑双转子流量计故障监测网络。重点设计了智能双转子流量计、FF计量网络、在线润滑油质量检测电路和铁磁性磨粒检测电路。实现了通过在线检测润滑油质量和铁磁磨粒进行双转子流量计的故障监测。

Abstract:Through the study of automatic lubricating double-rotating flowmeter,a fault monitoring network system of automatic lubricating double-rotating flowmeter based on tribology was designed.The main parts of the system include intelligent double-rotating flowmeter,FF measurement network and online detecting circuit of the lubricating oil quality and magnetic abrasive particles.The fault monitoring network system achieves the failure monitoring of double-rotating flowmeter through online detecting the lubricating oil quality and magnetic abrasive particles.
