铝合金表面黑色化学转化工艺及膜层耐蚀性能

摘    要:采用化学氧化着黑色法制备了铝合金化学转化膜,用点滴、浸泡试验及电化学极化曲线评价了膜的耐蚀性能,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量散射谱(EDS)观察了化学转化膜的表面形貌,测定了其元素组成.结果表明:转化膜具有较高的耐蚀性和美观的黑色外表,主要由铝、钴和锰的各种氧化物组成.

Abstract:Black chemical conversion film was pre-pared on the surface of Al alloy. The corrosion resistance of thechemical conversion film was evaluated by conducting droppingtest and immersion test and measuring polarization curve as well.The morphology and elemental composition of the chemical con-version film were analyzed by means of scanning electron micros-copy and energy dispersive X-rav analysis.
