特重高强混凝土配制技术

摘    要:阐述了研究开发特重高强混凝土的重大意义,提出了制备技术和途径,说明了原材料及其性能要求,介绍了正交试验法设计特重高强混凝土配合比的方法,分析了水灰比、砂率、减水剂和硅灰等因素对特重高强混凝土的影响,在此基础上给出了最优配合比。

Abstract:The great significance of research and development of heavyweight high-strength concrete is reviewed in the paper.The manufacturing technique and relative approaches is put forward. The main raw material and the required performance are explained. The orthogonal test method in designing the proportion is introduced. The influence of factors such as W/C ,sand percentage,water reducing agent and wollastonite is analyzed and the optimum proportion is given in this paper.
