基于Petri网的工作流建模技术在电厂大修中的应用

针对电厂大修过程中存在大量流程性业务的现状,为了保证各部门之间协同工作,提高检修效率,提出将工作流技术应用到电厂大修管理中。利用Petri网技术对大修过程中业务流程建立工作流模型,并以此开发出电厂大修工作流管理系统。该系统流程定义简单方便,提供工作流程的跟踪、监控、统计功能,控制灵活,通过可视化接口,用户可以快速方便地按照需求建立应用流程。实际应用表明,电子表单按预先定义好的流程在各成员之间传递,保证大修过程中所产生的报表、文档、资料等信息及时准确的交流,在检修任务的执行中不再需要考虑业务流程,使得任务之间的复杂关系降低到最小程度,减少了项目实施中人员安排、工具使用等方面的冲突,提高了管理效能,降低了企业检修成本。

Application of Petri Net-based Workflow Modeling in Equipment Maintenance of Power Plant

There are too many workflow businesses in the equipment maintenance of power plants.Applying workflow technique to equipment maintenance management is a good way to make different departments in a power plant corporate well.This paper develops a workflow management system of equipment maintenance in power plant for an efficient equipment maintenance.Petri net-based modeling technique is used in this system to create workflow modules easily.The system provides many functions to user for managing the implementation of the workflow instance conveniently.The implementation of the workflow management system ensures the information produced in the process of equipment maintenance to be transmitted through accurately in time, with which the management could be more efficient and the maintenance would be more cost-effective.
