| 摘 要： | 针对瑞隆选煤厂生产调试中出现的管路问题进行了整改,并对脱介筛喷水、扫地冲洗水和轴封水的供水管路进行了整合。通过管路整改和管网整合,该厂生产系统运行稳定、可靠,精煤产率提高了6.06个百分点,介耗降低了0.17 kg/t,电耗降低了0.73 kW·h/t,经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | According to the problem existed in pipeline in production adjusting at Ruilong coal preparation plant,the water supply pipelines for medium draining screen,ground cleaning water and shaft sealing water were re-adjusted.After the re-adjusting and re-arranging of the pipeline and pipe network,the production system in that plant operated stably and reliably,and the clean coal yield increased by 6.06%,medium consumption and power consumption for ton coal washed decreased by 0.17 kg and 0.37 kW respectively,obtained good economic benefit. |
