轴向柱塞变量泵综合性能测试CAT试验台设计

为准确评估轴向柱塞变量泵的性能,同时提高产品性能检测的效率和准确度,设计了基于CAT(Com-puter Aided Testing,计算机辅助测试)技术的泵综合性能测试试验台。对试验台液压系统进行了原理设计和优化;进行了CAT系统的软、硬件设计;通过分析泵的效率试验验证该性能测试试验台的设计是合理的。

The Design of Performance Test Stand for Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump Based on Computer Aided Test

In order to accurately evaluate the performance of the axial plunger variable pump,and to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the product performance testing,it(or the paper) designs a comprehensive performance test bed of pump which is based on CAT(Computer Aided Testing) technology.It works on the fundamental design and optimizations of the test bench hydraulic system,on the hardware and software design of the CAT system,and on validating the reasonable design of the performance test bed through analyzing the pump efficiency test.
