摘    要:为探究煤和矸石的入选比例对张二选煤厂煤泥水沉降的影响,采用激光粒度仪分析了<0.045 mm极细颗粒煤泥的粒度组成、用XRD衍射仪分析了煤和矸石的主要组成;并将不同质量比的煤和矸石进行泥化试验,取其上清液进行水质硬度化验。化验结果表明:当原煤和矸石质量比为3∶1时,煤泥水硬度最大,对煤泥水沉降最有利。从提高分选效率和节能减排方面考虑,张二选煤厂在生产中应控制矸石的入选量,以加速煤泥水的沉降。

Abstract:In order to research the proportion of gangue and coal washed on the settlement of slime water in Zhanger coal preparation plant,in this article,the size composition of ﹤0.045 mm size fraction fine slime studied by laser particle size analyzer and main component of coal and gangue studied with the XRD.Take different proportion of the coal and gangue to carry out arqillation test,and analyzed quality of the clear liquid of slime water.The results show that,at the mass proportion of coal and gangue is 3∶1,the hardness reached to maximum value,that more facilitate the settlement of slime water in Zhanger coal preparation plant.From the aspect of increasing flotation efficiency and energy-saving and emission reduction,the proportion of gangue washed should reduced to speed the settlement of slime water in Zhanger coal preparation plant.
