邢台选煤厂煤泥水硬度与电导率变化规律的研究

摘    要:为研究邢台选煤厂煤泥水水质硬度与电导率之间的变化规律,以该厂煤泥水系统为研究对象,选取循环水、浮选入料、浓缩机一段溢流三个点取样,并采用电导率法对三个取样点的水质硬度和电导率进行连续测定。测试结果表明:加入药剂后,煤泥水系统水质硬度和电导率均先增大后减小、然后基本保持稳定;其曲线变化规律基本一致,且具有同步性。煤泥水系统运行稳定后,水质硬度和电导率变化基本相同,可将其作为一个相对完整、独立的系统研究。

Abstract:In order to research the variation law between hardness and conductivity of coal slurry at Xingtai coal preparation plant,studied the coal slurry water system in this plant.The samples collected from circulating water,flotation feeding and the first stage overflow of thickener,and use the conductivity method continuously measured the water hardness and electric conductivity of the samples.The test results show that the after adding the agent,water hardness and electric conductivity of coal slurry system both increased at the beginning,and then decreased,after that hold steady,the variation law of the curves basically the same,and have synchronism.After stable of the coal slurry system,the variation of water hardness and electric conductivity basically the same,and can be researched as a completed and independent system.
