基于SOPC技术的雷达信号回波中频模拟器研制

摘    要:介绍了一种基于(System on Programmable Chip,SOPC)技术并结合虚拟仪器的设计理念的雷达信号回波模拟器。分析了基于虚拟仪器设计理念的模拟器系统的结构特点,并重点论述了与片上系统模拟器研制相关的高速VLSI数模混合系统设计的关键技术。SOPC系统采用VIRTEXII2000,系统主频为200MHz可输出80MHz以下的中频信号。

Abstract:A radar return sinmlator based on SOPC in combination with the design concept of virtual instrument is introduced. The structural features of this simulator system based on virtual instrument design concept are analyzed, and the key technology of high speed VLSI analog-digital hybrid systems design is studied in detail. The SOPC system adopts VIRTEX1 2000, which master frequency is 200 MHz and can output IF signals up to 80 MHz.
