摘    要:为实现对掺伪花生油的快速鉴别, 本文对花生油样品的原始光谱先后经过小波变换、特征谱区的选择、一阶导数加上矢量归一化预处理、剔除异常样品等方法处理后, 采用主成分分析法对预处理后的光谱数据进行聚类分析.结果表明, 该方法对花生油的真伪鉴别准确率达到了100%, 而且能对伪品花生油掺伪量及掺伪量大于20%时使用的掺伪植物油种类做出鉴别.说明利用近红外光谱技术结合小波变换和模式识别技术可快速、准确地鉴别花生油的真伪及掺伪成分.

Abstract:In order to determine the authenticity of peanut oil quickly,NIR spectra are pretreated with wavelet transform,selecting the efficient spectral regions,second derivative calculation and vector normalization and ruling out the outliers.Principal component analysis(PCA)is used to process the spectra data for qualifying peanut oil after pretreatment.The results showed that a 100 % recognition ration is achieved by the method.Overall,it can be carried out to identify the adulteration content and components.Research results suggest that near-infrared spectroscopy combined with wavelet transform and pattern recognition technology is shown to have significant potential as a rapid and accurate method for identification of peanut oil.
