稻米食品质量安全状态预警模型的研究

对稻米质量安全检测的结果采用改进型层次分析法建立稻米食品安全监测预警模型.模型采用3标度法构建判断矩阵可较为简单计算确定质量安全预警指标的权重,判断食品安全状态,应用国家无公害稻米质量标准和指标可建立稻米的安全状态预警模型,用于稻米安全状态的预测预警,为建立其他食品安全状态预警模型研究提供参考,也可为食品质量安全监管部门进行食品监测与综合评价、科学监管提供参考.

The study of early warning model about quality safety of rice food

Early warning model about quality safety of rice food have been found by improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and the analysis data of rice food.The three-scale method was used to construct judgment matrix and ensure the weighting coefficient of early warning index.With national standard of rice and the early warning index,the model of rice food was set up.The model can be used to forecast the quality safety of rice food,and also it can be used as a reference of modeling in the different food safety early warning status,as well as to provide references for surveying,estimating,managing of food quality safety departments.
