摘    要:为了评价扶正器的使用性能,开发了往复式抽油杆扶正器摩擦磨损试验装置,装置主要由动力装置、往复运动机构、扶正器夹紧机构、载荷施加机构等组成。动力装置由电动机摆线针轮减速器通过联轴器、传动轴带动偏心轮旋转,偏心轮通过曲柄销带动连杆做平面运动;装置可更换不同尺寸的半油管和相应内径的半圆支撑环,对不同尺寸扶正器进行摩擦磨损试验。试验结果表明,该装置能较好地模拟油管和抽油杆扶正器之间的偏磨工况,拉杆与箱体之间的动密封采用跟随式波纹管密封,能方便地调节扶正器与油管之间的侧压力,自动补偿扶正器的磨损。

Design of the test device for the frictional abrasion of the sucker rod centralizer
Abstract:To evaluate the usability of various kinds of centralizers, a reciprocating test device for the frictional abrasion of sucker rod centralizer was developed. The device mainly consists of power unit, reciprocal motion mechanism, centralizer's clamping mechanism, load feeding mechanism and fluid supply device. The power unit depends on the motor's cycloidal pinwheel reducer to make the eccentric wheel rotate by means of coupling and jack shaft. The eccentric wheel makes the connection rod move in a plane by means of crank pin. The device can use half-tubings of different dimensions and half-round support rings of corresponding internal diameter to achieve the frictional abrasion test of centralizers of different dimensions. The test results show that the device can well simulate the eccentric wearing between the tubing and the rod centralizer in the process of oil pumping. The dynamic seal between the tie-bar and the box adopts a trailing-type intermediate rod seal, which can easily regulate the side pressure between the centralizer and the tubing and thus compensate for the abrasion of the centralizer automatically.
