| 摘 要： | 介绍了为克服超磁致伸缩电─机械转换器热形变输出而研制的可微调的热变形补偿机构的结构、理论分析和试验结果。结果表明，提出的补偿机构能有效地补偿GMM棒的热变形，提高了GMA的位移输出特性。
