摘    要:随着房地产业的发展,客户成了房地产市场的主导者,房地产企业应将经营视角转向客户,采用客户经营模式.文章探讨了房地产客户经营模式的内涵、特点、优势和应用的可行性,并给出了实施措施.

Abstract:With the development of real estate industry, customers are becoming the controllers of real estate market, and real estate enterprises should turn their operating object to customers and use customer operation mode. This paper discusses the definition, characteristic, superiority and feasibility of real estate customer operation mode. And then, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of real estate enterprise carrying out it.
