| 摘 要： | 讨论了高频放电激励ＣＯ２激光器的基本机理，报道了最新研制成功的高频激励横流ＣＯ２激光器的基本结构、技术特点和实验结果，该激光器低阶模输出为１．５ｋＷ，光束发散角小于２ｍｒａｄ。

| Abstract: | The basic mechanism of the HF excitation of a CO 2 laser is discussed. The structure, technical featmes and experimental results of the new HF excited TF CO 2 laser are reported. The output of the laser is 1.5 kW, and the output beam divergence is smaller than 2 mrad. |
