低扬程大型泵站停泵动态特性计算

摘    要:基于刚性水锤理论,分析和表达了低扬程大型泵装置水力特性和泵机组动力学特性,并运用最小二乘曲面拟合的方法仿真模拟了水泵的全性能曲线,建立了事故停泵动态特性计算的有限差分非线形方程组,采用了牛顿-莱福森(Newton-Raphson)迭代法对方程组进行求解。该数学模型被应用于模拟南水北调淮安三站贯流泵机组事故停泵过渡过程计算。

Abstract:Based on incompressible water hammer theory,hydraulic characteristics of low water-head large pump and pump-unit dynamic characteristics are analyzed and expressed.By utilizing the mathematical model of least square surface fitting and computer simulation technology,the universal pump characteristics is simulated.Finite-difference non-linear equations of transient process are established for low water-head large pumping station when accidental pump-stopping happens and Newton-Raphson iterative method is used to solve them.The mathematical model has been applied to simulate the transient process of Huai-an third pumping station of the east route of South-North Water Diversion Project during its accidental pump-stopping.
