摘    要:对某电磁振动器中的弹簧板组结构进行基于疲劳可靠性的优化设计研究。考虑材料和几何尺寸的随机性 ,构建了以弹簧片数和弹簧板尺寸为设计变量 ,分别以弹簧板组总体积或弹簧板组总片数极小化为目标函数 ,同时满足弹簧板组系统的疲劳可靠度、弹簧板组的刚度和设计变量上下限约束的优化设计数学模型。分别对 4种设计方案进行了优化设计 ,获得了显著的效果

Abstract:A fatigue reliability analysis of the structure of the steel group spring, which is the key part of a type of electromagnetic vibr ator, is studied. Considering the randomicity of the material and the shape dime nsion, an optimal mathematical model is built which is based on the design varia ble of the spring number and its shape dimension, the object function of the tot al volume of spring group or the piece minimum, satisfying the spring group fati gue reliability, stiff, the upper limit and the lower limit of design variable. The optimal method has been applied to four design schemes with good results.
