防沾污剂S-2在丝织物印染加工中的应用

选用酸性红3B染料染色真丝织物,测试了防沾污剂S-2对真丝织物的防沾污效果。试验结果表明,防沾污剂S-2用量达到1.0 g/L时,防沾污效果明显,延长处理时间和升高温度都不利于提高防沾污效果,实际生产中使用防沾污剂,应采用常温快速水洗工艺。

Application of anti-staining agent S-2 to silk fabrics

Taking acid red 3B dyed silk fabric as example, the performance of anti-staining agent S-2 was studied. The results showed that there was a significant anti-staining effect with anti-staining agent S-2 of 1 g/L, but neither extending the processing time or elevating the temperature could achieve the anti-staining effect. So, in production, quick washing process at room temperature should be adopted when using the anti-staining agent.
