摘    要:期股制是一种在西方流行的激励报酬制度,近年来被国内国有企业“拿来”借用,旨在解决企业经营者的激励不足问题。由于制度及市场条件的约束,期股制在国有股份制企业中的应用有其不适应性。

Abstract:Exeutive stock option is popular in the West as a way of stimulating remuneration. In recent years, some state-owned enterprises borrowed this method with a view to settling the inefficiency of stimulation. Because of the restraint of the political system and market condition, It's impractical to carry out remuneration stimulation in stateowned limited enterprises.
