| Abstract: | Determination of iodine and iodide with High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC） was studied.The method was rapid,convenient and simple sample preparation.The quantity of the sample was less.And it had wide linear range of detection.The result showed this method was accurate and reproducible. |
