电站轴流风机常见故障及处理措施

摘    要:分析了火电厂锅炉轴流风机的常见故障及其原因,包括:进气冲角增大、管道阻力增加导致的风机失速与喘振;由运行工况、工质和叶片质量引起的叶片断裂;因润滑不良、冷却不够和轴承异常引起的轴承温度偏高;叶片非工作面积灰、磨损、倾角大引起的风机振动等,从而提出了解决措施。

Abstract:Causes of common failures frequently encountered during operation by axial-flow blowers of fossil power plants were analyzed,such as stalling and surging caused by growth of flow inlet angle and/or pipe resistance;blade ruptures caused by bad working conditions,poor quality of working medium and blade;high temperature of bearings caused by poor lubrication,insufficient cooling and abnormal working conditions;vibration caused by ash deposit and erosion on blade's nonworking face,or by the large inclination angles etc.Meanwhile countermeasures for handling above problems are proposed.
