| Abstract: | 50 cases of epilepsy have been examined by SPECT with 99mTc-ECD. All of these were performed during the internal period. Interval scan showed decreased uptake in the region of seizure focus. Most seizure foci were found in temporal and frontal lobe. Compared with X-CT and EEG, SPECT gave higher percentage of positive results, and may be helpful for clinical treatment. |
