新疆白干湖钨锡矿工艺矿物学及初步选别特征研究

摘    要:对新疆白干湖钨锡矿工艺矿物学与初步选别工艺进行了研究,发现其主要金属矿物为钨锰矿、锡石、白钨矿等,脉石主要为石英和长石。钨锰矿、锡石的工艺矿物学特征表明该矿石具有良好的可选性,白钨矿与钨锰矿连生状况较为普遍。研究制定了原矿分级-重选的粗选方案,最终取得了钨精矿品位30.78%、回收率96.53%,锡精矿品位18.81%、回收率95.34%的较好指标。

Abstract:Process mineralogy and preliminary separation technology of wolfram-tin ore in Baiganhu are studied.The main metallic minerals are huebnerite,tin,scheelite ore,etc.The gangues are mainly quartz and feldspar.Process mineralogical characteristics of huebnerite and tin show that this ore enjoys common intergrowth of scheelite and huebnerite.A preliminary separation technology of classification-gravity concentration,is designed,resulting in grade of tungsten concentrate increase to 30.78 %,recovery rate 96.53 %;grade of SnO2 concentrate increase to 18.81 %,recovery rate to 95.34 %.
