电动车辆牵引电机绕组的温升测试方法研究

摘    要:利用温升理论推导了较高温升时的电机绕组温升公式,提出了零秒电阻拟合方法,同时也可直接得到零秒温升,试验研究和误差分析证实了测试方法的有效性。

Abstract:Temperature rise formula of EV motor winding at high temperature is proved by using temperature theory. Fitting method of winding resistance is proposed. And zero second temperature of winding can also be obtained without using zero second resistance. Experiment results and error analysis prove its validity.
