| 摘 要： | 通过工艺优化原理分析认为：提高入炉铁水的温度和控制其成分以及选择合适的供氧制度等措施可抑制合金中铬的氧化。此外选择合适的硅质还原剂用量，采用炉外倒包操作可强化炉渣中Cr2O3的还原，最大限度地提高铬回收率。

| Abstract: | It is concluded by analysing technological optimization principle the following measures can check oxidation of chromium in the alloy such as heighten hot metal temperature, controlling compositions and selecting optional schedule of oxygen supply etc. . In addition, proportioning appropriate silicon reductant and ladle-to-ladle operating outside the furnace can strengthen reducing of Cr2O3 in the slag, increase the recovery of chromium to a maximum. |
