| 摘 要： | 在对轧制时钢管的温降原因进行分析的基础上，给出一种定张减温降计算模型，该模型考虑了辐射、接触传导、内部传导对温度的影响。通过对轧制实验测定得到钢管的温降数据与此模型实例计算的结果进行对比分析，表明该模型比较准确，能够满足生产实际的要求，可用于自动控制系统中定张减温降的计算，从而为控制系统比较准确地对轧机进行设定及调整提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the temperature reducing reason in rolling pipe, a temperature reducing calculation model of sizing/stretch-reducing is described, in which radiation, contact exchange of heat and temperature distribution along tube length are taken into account.Analysis of the model calculating results shows that it is exact and can meet the demands of pipe rolling.So it can be used in automation system to calculate temperature reducing of sizing/stretch-reducing mills and to set or adjust the mill more exactly. |
