| 摘 要： | 企业的兼并是企业在经营发展过程中的一种战略选择,20世纪90年代以来呈现强强联合、跨国兼并的新趋势。我国已加入WTO,参与国际竞争的领域不断扩展,为了提高我国产业的国际竞争力,就必须通过兼并、收购,实现跨越式发展,以迎接全球化的新局面。本文对90年代以后国际上企业兼并的特点进行分析,针对我国目前企业兼并中存在的问题,提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | Amalgamation of enterprises is a kind of strategic choice in the course of dealing and development of enterprises.As a new trend of the combination among the strong ones,transnational amalgamation has appeared since 1990s.Our country has already joined WTO,the field of participation in international competition is being expanded constantly.In order to improve the international competitiveness of industry of our country,enterprises of our country must realize the great-leap-forward development through acquisition & amalgamation.This article analyses the characteristics of enterprises amalgamation in the world after 1990s,points out the exiting problems of merger in our country's enterprises,and offers some countermeasures. |
