摘    要:应用MAGMA铸造分析软件,对4G93缸体铸造的充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟分析,根据分析结果对缸体铸造工艺设计进行优化。实际生产验证表明,工艺改进后该铸件的氧化夹渣、砂眼及缩松缺陷引起的废品率均有所降低。

Abstract:By using MAGMA casting analysis software,the mould filling process and solidification process of the 4G93 cylinder block was numerically simulated and analyzed. Based on the analysis result,the casting method design of the cylinder block was optimized. The practical production showed that,after the casting method having been improved,the casting rejection rate caused due to the oxide inclusion,sand inclusion and shrinkage porosity defects was reduced in some degree.
