摘    要:用微波消解法,将样品在密闭容器内消解,测定催化剂中重金属的含量。经过样品测定与敞口消解法对照,结果一致。该方法具有样品损失少,结果可靠的优点。

Abstract:When catalytic cracking catalyst is used for a time,the heavy metals in raw feed oil begin to aggregate causing the catalyst to lose activity Determining heavy metals (Fe,Ni,Cu,V)will facilitate the control of catalyst replacement in plant Conventional sample preparation for the determination of heavy metals in the catalyst is conducted in the open vessel and large amounts of HF must be used Microwave preparation is performed in closed vessel and only a small amount of acid is used The loss of sample in the latter case is slight,and the result is more accurate
