白色片状工业硫化钠生产实践

通过对硫化钠生产实践和理论研究,发现了工业硫化钠所带的颜色源于金属化合物及溶解硫,金属化合物基本是以1～100nm的胶体形式存在于硫化钠溶液中,而可变价的铁一部分是以1～100nm的溶胶存在于硫化钠溶液中,而另一部分则是以离子态存在于硫化钠溶液中,溶解硫则是以多硫化钠的形式贯穿于整个生产过程;还介绍了硫化钠生产过程中降低及分离金属化合物、铁及活性硫的方法和用工业方法生产超低铁、低硫、低杂质白色硫化钠的工艺过程。

Production practice of white flake shape industrial sodium sulfide

Through the theoretical study and production practice of sodium sulfide,it is found that the bringing color of industrial Na_2S product comes from the metallic compounds and soluble sulfur,in which the metallic compounds exist basically in Na_2S solution as a colloid with 1~100 nm;the part of alterable valence Fe exists in the Na_2S solution as sol,the rest as ion state;the active sulfur exists in the whole process as sodium polysulfide.The measures for decreasing and separating the metallic compounds,Fe and active sulfur from the production of Na_2S are introduced.And also the process for producing white Na_2S with superior low Fe ,low S and low impurities is introduced.
