环境资源经济价值评估理论延续与方法的改进

从概念提出到应用于实证研究 ,环境资源经济价值评估理论的存在已经接近半个世纪 ,它已经成为环境经济学创立以来发展最快的一个研究领域。随着环境问题的突出和社会文明的进步 ,传统的资源环境经济价值评估理论和方法都需要通过创新、与当今社会经济趋势结合起来 ,才能使环境资源经济价值评估更具有时代性的特征。现在 ,我们力图辨证和改进性地使用国内外现有的环境资源经济价值评估方法和指标体系 ,将环境经济关联效应指数 ,环境贡献率等衡量环境资源经济价值的指标融入到环境资源经济总价值的评价体系中 ,建立更加全面和精确的环境经济价值评价系统。

THE EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT IN THEORIES AND METHODS OF ENVIRONMENT RESOURCE ECONOMIC VALUE ASSESSMENT

From the proposing of the concept to applying in positive research, the theory of environment and resources value assessment has been existing for almost 50 years, and has already become a research field with the fastest developing speed since the environmental economics has been set up. However, with the appearing of the environmental problem and progress of the social civilization, the traditional theories and methods of resource and environment economic value assessment all need to be combined with present social economic trend through innovating, to have a present character for the economic value assessment. Now, the existing resource and environment economic value assessment method and the index system at home and abroad should be used dialectically and improvingly. By fusing such measure indexes of the value of resource and environment economic as the relative index number of environmental economy and the environmental contribution rate, etc. into the appraisal system of the economic total value of environmental resource, a more comprehensive and accurate appraisal system of environment economic value should be set up.
