摘    要:国内大多数油田开发已经进入中后期,油层含水量逐渐上升,层间矛盾加剧,为了增加石油产量,提高油田生产效益,油田的增产措施由层间转为大厚层内的薄差油层开采,而现有的分层注水工艺无法满足层内薄差油层精细分层注水需求,其原因主要由于分层注水封隔器胶筒长度过小,并且结构设计不合理。根据扩张式注水封隔器原理,主要针对K344-112型,胶筒长度为720、970 mm两种长胶筒封隔器,胶筒材料均为氢化丁腈,采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,运用有限元分析方法按照封隔器在坐封工况下,分别对常规条件及套管射孔条件下的封隔器进行坐封数值模拟研究并进行结构优化。

Abstract:Most of the oil fields in China have entered into middle or latter development period, water-cut in reservoir increases gradually and interlayer inconsistency is intensified. In order to increase oil production and enhance the oil field production efficiency, oil well stimulation method has turned into thin and poor oil layer exploitation in large and thick layer from interlayer exploitation. The existed layered water injection technology cannot meet the demand of fine separate layer water injection in poor and thin layer, mainly because the length of the separate layer water injection packer rubber is too short to determine the setting position of packer and the unreasonable structure design. In this paper, according to the principle of expanding water injection packer, mainly for K344-112, 720 mm and 970 mm hydrogenated nitrile rubber tube packers, the Mooney - Rivlin constitutive model and the finite element analysis method were utilized to carry out numerical simulation research on packer under normal condition and the condition of casing perforation packer setting according to the packer setting and water flooding working conditions, and the structure was optimized.
