摘    要:苯介质毒性较高,可致癌,输送苯介质管道普遍存在于炼化行业中。苯介质管道在设计、安装和检验过程中,不同行业、不同规范对苯的毒性级别有不同的要求。从苯的毒性和危害出发,根据苯介质的状态、含量、温度、压力、存在场所、输送条件等参数,分析了含苯介质的管道级别应如何进行划分,以及苯介质管道选材的建议原则,苯在管道中的毒性级别应根据具体使用环境条件确定,避免人为的高估或低估其危害程度,造成损失。

Abstract:The toxicity of benzene is higher; it can cause cancer, the pipeline transporting benzene media is widely used in the refining industry. Design, installation and test of benzene medium pipeline have different requirements in different industries based on different specifications of the benzene toxicity level. In this article, based on the toxicity and harm of benzene, according to the status, content, temperature, pressure, the places, transportation condition and other parameters, how to divide the benzene-containing medium pipe level was analyzed, advice on benzene medium pipeline material selection was put forward. It’s pointed out that benzene toxicity level in the pipe shall be determined according to the specific use environment condition.
