用刚度系数建立汽车的碰撞变形能网格图方法的研究

摘    要:用实车碰撞的试验数据求出了汽车的正碰刚度系数,首次用正碰刚度系数建立了我国汽车的正碰变形能网格图.用49.1km/h,30°斜碰撞的数据对变形能网格图的精度进行了验证.分析了用变形能网格图计算斜碰撞速度时产生误差的主要原因.为了提高计算的精度,提出了“当汽车的碰撞速度较高时,应以汽车前保险杠的中点作为变形量计算的起点” 的观点.

Abstract:Native vehicle' stiffness coefficients are calculated from full scale vehicle collision test data. Deformation energy square of frontal barrier collision is established for the first time. The precision of deformation energy squares is tested using data of oblique 30?barrier collision at 49.1km/h. The main reason producing error is analyzed when using deformation energy square calculates oblique collision speed. In order to enhance calculation precision, the viewpoint "middle point of vehicles front bumper should be treated as starting point of crushed depth measurement" is put forward when collision speed is higher.
