高速电主轴分布式控制系统的研究

摘    要:目前,高速电主轴设计的资料相当缺少。根据课题的需要,通过PLC变频使设备运行到额定转速;通过双水外冷系统,较好地解决了发热厉害、温升太高的问题;通过DCS,使现代化生产水平进一步提高。仿真结果表明,各种动态性能比较理想。

Abstract:At present,the information for design of high-speed motorized spindle is tiny.Based on the need of the practice project and the great situation for rapidly developing related major,enabling devices to run on rating rotate speed is attained through PLC,the problem on great heating and high temperature is solved perfectly by double water outer cooling technology.Then modern manufacture efficiency is improved through DCS.The simulink result of dynamic performance is relatively perfect.
