小麦粉粒径分布的激光粒径仪分析方法研究

摘    要:采用激光粒径分析仪对小麦粉的粒径分布进行检测,分别用湿法和干法分析小麦粉的粒径分布.结果表明,激光衍射分析的结果重现性好,干法分析在空气压力为80 kPa时最接近湿法分析的结果.

Abstract:The particular size of wheat flour with the wet method and dry method is measured by Laser Diffraction.The result shows that the repeatability is very good.When measured with the dry method,the result of air pressure set 0.9 bar is similar with the result of wet method.
