大口径、厚壁不锈钢球形封头衬里冲压成形及回弹过程的数值模拟及试验研究

摘    要:综合运用三维动态显示有限元程序LS—DYNA3D和静态隐式有限元程序ANSYS,模拟了大口径、厚壁球形封头衬里冲压加工多次成形及其卸载回弹的全过程,然后进行了回弹量的预测与计算。所用模拟方法为设计不锈钢球形封头衬里的多次冷冲压加工工艺方案提供了有效的理论依据。最后进行了验证实验,试验结果与模拟结果吻合,证明了所用方法的有效性。

Abstract:By means of finite element program of ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D, the whole loading and unloading process of large caliber-thick hemispherical stainless head lining were simulated, the springback amount was predicted and calculated. The simulation method provides basic theoretical foundation for the fabrication steps of large caliber-thick hemispherical stainless head lining. Furthmore, the corresponding experiment was carried out, the result's shown that the simulation accords with the experiment and therefore that the simulation method was practical and efficient.
