| Abstract: | According to the school-based management,president is the organizer for schoolwork,so he should have management realization and emphasize democratic participation;he is planer for education reform,so he should regard school as the basis,students as the center and creation as the purpose;he is the explorer for campus environment,so he should pay more attention to person-based management and teacher-based management. |
