| 摘 要： | 高职院校培养的学生是能迅速适应企业岗位要求的技术专门人才,社会对于技术专门人才具有较强的职业性要求,因此,在人才培养过程中,需要根据市场需求、学生兴趣爱好实施模块化教学和岗前培训,这样有利于学生了解职业岗位需求,明确学习目标。
